HOW TO MAKE

Heat the cooking oil in a pan, then sauté the blended spices and spring onion until fragrant and cooked. Adjust the level of spiciness by adding or reducing chilies.

Add the cooked white rice and sweet soy sauce. Stir until evenly mixed.

Add salt to taste. Continue cooking until the seasoning is fully absorbed into the rice.
