Everywhere I went, the flavors were adjusted to fit Canadian tastes, but something was missing. Then I found Adelitas, and from my first bite of tacos al pastor, I knew\u2014this was the real deal.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Carlos describes his first visit as a nostalgic experience. The <strong>freshly made tortillas, rich mole poblano, and the warm hospitality<\/strong> reminded him of family gatherings back in Mexico.<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;It\u2019s not just the food\u2014it\u2019s the atmosphere. The music, the warmth, the feeling of being welcome.
